· Camp Concierge does not process camp payments or secure camp placements.  Parents are responsible for selecting camps and paying camps directly.

· When ordering a calendar of events, if the dates and necessary information is not provided by the given deadline, the calendar template will be delivered, and the project will be closed.

· Camp Concierge provides assistance with camp and activity planning, registrations, and paperwork. The service does not include family scheduling, transportation coordination, or ongoing summer planning unless purchased as an additional package.

· Deadlines to receive information must be adhered to in order for project to be best completed.

· Payments are non-refundable and can be made via Venmo, cash, or check.
